Coach My Sport is now a registered Charity and we are looking for Trustees to join our Board.
A bit about the Coach My Sport programme:
Coach My Sport delivers a structured, evidence-based motor skills programme for children aged 3–7. Rather than focusing on early sports specialisation, our sessions develop the fundamental movement skills that underpin confidence, physical literacy, health, and lifelong participation in physical activity.
Our lesson plans and delivery framework are developed in partnership with the Motor Skill Learning Academy (Switzerland), ensuring the programme is grounded in international, research-led motor learning evidence and best practice.
From a public health perspective, early intervention in physical literacy contributes to long-term prevention strategies related to obesity, cardiovascular health, mental wellbeing, and musculoskeletal resilience.
There is a Coach My Sport Passport for every child, tracking development in key movement competencies and providing measurable progression. This is a great resource for parents, teachers, carers and coaches to see the progression of the children.
If you would like to be part of our development please email Tony at [email protected]
