Heart start Ayrshire & Arran deliver free emergency life support (ELS) training to members of the public across Ayrshire. You will assist an unconscious person who is breathing and not breathing (CPR); use an automated external defibrillator; recognise signs of a heart attack and knowing how to respond; treat bleeding and treat choking.
