Volunteering details
Various things during the day would be required, such as
(1) Litter Picking (especially if very windy)
(2) Being beside stairs/corridors to "block" visitors from the Gala wandering in area that they shouldn't
(3) Assist stallholders with set up and take down
(4) For adults only - help with guiding vehicles to their allocated position (generally three people "pointing" out the route to drivers) etc.
Travel expenses
At previous Galas we have given volunteers a voucher - which can be redeemed at a food outlet that will be on site
