Greenwave Volunteer

Through their involvement, volunteers can support libraries in becoming active hubs for environmental learning, helping local people connect with nature, develop skills, and contribute to biodiversity monitoring and conservation.
Volunteers play a key role in supporting community engagement with biodiversity, citizen science, and environmental literacy. They help bridge the gap created by the absence of a biological records centre in Dundee by assisting with data collection, enabling public participation, and sharing knowledge.
