Volunteer Wellbeing Space Welcome Assistant

A crucial role in creating a warm, friendly, and efficient atmosphere, often acting as the first point of contact for visitors.
Key Responsibilities
● Customer Service & Welcoming: Greeting customers, providing a warm welcome, answering questions, and helping visitors
● Food & Drink Service making hot/cold drinks, making and serving food. light food preparation, such as making sandwiches or handling cakes. Subject to food hygiene training and certificate.
● Space Maintenance: Clearing and cleaning tables, washing up (loading/unloading the dishes steriliser) , and ensuring the space is tidy.
● Operational Support: Restocking snacks, assisting with opening/closing procedures, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
● Optional Tasks: opportunities may be available to assist with additional tasks
Mon-Fri 11am-3pm - Day Rota 4hrs

Experience required

● Friendly & Polite: A cheerful, welcoming, and approachable personality.
● Communication Skills: Confident in talking to visitors, working independently and as part of a team.
● Reliability & Flexibility: Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a rota.
● Physical Stamina: Capable of commitment to rota 11am till 3pm, answering the door and carrying hot cups.
● Experience: Previous experience is not required; training is provided.
