Kinetic Youth CIO - Falkirk
- VO105441
Kinetic is a national charity working with young people and adults in custody, helping them build confidence, strengthen relationships, and move towards positive futures. They are now welcoming volunteers to join projects in HMPYOI Polmont and Stirling.
Why Volunteer?
Many of the people they support face significant barriers to engagement. As a volunteer, you’ll play a meaningful role in helping them feel heard, valued, and motivated. You’ll be part of a team that offers consistency, encouragement, and genuine human connection — often the things that make the biggest difference.
What Volunteers do:
• Creative or wellbeing activities
• Group workshops or one-to-one encouragement and conversation
• Practical support alongside Kinetic Workers
What you’ll gain:
• Full induction and probation with ongoing support
• Experience in a unique and rewarding environment
• The chance to develop new skills
• The opportunity to make a real, lasting impact
Experience required
• Warm, patient, and non-judgemental people
• Good listeners
• Comfortable working with young people and adults
• Able to commit to regular volunteering
