Customer Experience Champion (Dysart and Dunfermline)

Furniture Plus provides affordable furniture to people in Fife through their Dysart and Dunfermline stores, supporting the community and the environment by reducing waste and encouraging reuse. They are looking for a Customer Experience Champion to organise donated clothes within their Dysart and Dunfermline stores. The main tasks include:
· Greeting customers
· Providing a quality customer service experience
· Helping to deal with customer queries
· Merchandising donated items
This is a great opportunity for someone with an interested in meeting new people and developing their customer service skills . Travel details

This opportunity takes place in Furniture Plus, 7 – 21 Alexander Street, Kirkcaldy. Furniture Plus is located near a main bus route and there is parking for those using their own transport.
The opportunity is also available in Dunfermline at Castle Industrial Centre, Queensferry Road, Dunfermline, KY11 8NT.

Travel expenses

Travel expenses are paid at 10p per mile for walking, 24p per mile for a motorbike, 45p per mile for driving and full payment for bus tickets.

Support
Training details

They provide a full induction (Health & Safety). Each volunteer will be partnered up with a fully experienced member of staff to begin with, and there will always be a named contact on hand to provide support.
