Work alongside library staff to deliver fun and creative activities for children and young people, including crafts, tabletop games, Lego sessions, and more.
This role is suitable for someone who has an interest in crafts, tabletop gaming etc.
The role includes preparing resources and setting out equipment; welcoming children and parents/guardians as they arrive; facilitating activities and encouraging participation; helping with refreshments; clearing up materials and equipment at the end of the session; and, maintaining records and sharing feedback with library staff.
PVG required for this role.
Experience required
This role is suitable for someone who is friendly, organised, and comfortable working in a community setting. You should be reliable, confident in communicating with children and young people.
