As a MCA volunteer, you will help create a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for all visitors by supporting the day-to-day running of the café. This includes serving food and drinks handling basic food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards and providing friendly customer service. You will also support staff in ensuring the café operates smoothly engage positively with customers, and contribute to the YMCA's ethos of community, respect and wellbeing.
